PRISM
Services

What we deliver.

PRISM works in categories of outcome delivery — not a single fixed industry. Each category has to earn its place: repeatable, AI-executable, and measurable enough to eventually price on results instead of hours.

Categories

Where we're active right now.

Production & visual systems

AI-augmented production for work that used to require booking separate vendors for photography, video, and 3D capture — built as a repeatable, ongoing production line rather than a one-off shoot.

→ Currently being piloted with early prospects. No committed vertical yet.

Content & growth systems

Ongoing content production — social, short-form, campaign assets — delivered as a managed system rather than a monthly retainer you have to art-direct yourself.

→ Structured to run alongside production work for the same client, or standalone.

Custom AI-native workflows

A specific, repeatable business process you're currently paying people to do by hand — evaluated case by case against the same fit criteria before we take it on.

→ Tell us the process. We'll tell you honestly if it's a fit.
How pricing works

Phased, then outcome-based.

Nearly every engagement follows the same graduation path — start on a model you can evaluate quickly, move to outcome pricing once the delivery system has proven itself.

PHASE
01

Discovery — fixed, scoped, small

We scope the work with you and quote a fixed price for a defined first deliverable. No open-ended retainer, no long commitment.

PHASE
02

Build — you see the work before scaling it

A larger build phase, still fixed-price, delivering something you can evaluate in full before deciding whether to run it on an ongoing basis.

PHASE
03

Run — ongoing, migrating toward outcome pricing

Ongoing delivery, priced as a hybrid to start — base plus performance — moving further toward pure outcome pricing as the specific engagement's results become reliably measurable.

Not sure which fits?

Tell us what you're trying to solve.

We'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit — and if it isn't, we'll say so rather than force it.
